Shasta Administrative Services built an impressive reputation processing the self-funded and self-administered JELD-WEN Inc. Health Plan, and was formed into a separate entity in 2001. We have the knowledge base and proven experience to build, manage and implement these specialty plans and take advantage of great opportunities to maximize savings.
In 2001 Shasta began administering benefit plans for its first non - JELD-WEN clients. Our history in being self-administered allowed us to carry forward key philosophies to our new partnerships. These philosophies include treating client’s money and participants as our own.
In 2008 we began providing top-notch services in the administration of Native American sponsored health benefit plans. Many of these plans are extremely complex and must be administered, leveraged and managed properly to be successful.
In 2012 we were purchased by Lamatsin, LLC, a joint venture between The Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, who is the primary owner, and the TPA, Hawaii-Western Management Group (HWMG). Since that time, Shasta has achieved steady growth and maintained our reputation of integrity, quality, value and service at a competitive price.
